  1. what a good idea! being with AJ all the time it’s hard for me to see her grow – although I know she keeps getting heavier! was a shock the other day to see how big she looked in her carseat LOL.

    1. It’s the same for me, so I’m really glad I started taking those “standardized” pictures early on. And the car seat is a great indicator – we had SB in the same car seat and outfit when we went to the airport this week as when we took her home from the hospital. What an incredible change! Sadly I don’t have pictures of it.

    1. Thank you :)
You’ll see soon enough, they follow their own schedule! It’s quite amazing, not just the physical growth but the changes in behavior, in perception – she has started to look at us really intensely, whereas in the very first weeks I was never quite sure how much of us (and her environment in general) she actually took in.

  2. She is so adorable! I love that you put the same stuffed animal next to her- in just a few short months she will be giving it big hugs! It’s crazy how much they change in the first year!

    1. Thank you :)
Of course I only just realized that I didn’t take the frog on the trip, so my weekly picture scheme will be broken… On the other hand, SB’s total stuffed animal collection has doubled since we got here, so I have options to pick from ;)
